3.How do I rent a space?

For the inside flea market you can call Joyce at 304-743-1123.

***The office is closed on Wednesdays

For the outside you can come in one selling day before you want to set up and reserve a spot or just show up the day you want to sell and look for a space that does not have a reserve sign nor has no merchandise or tables in the spot.

4.How much does it cost to sell?

Inside booth rates start at 57.00 per weekend up to 80.00 per weekend depending on the size of the booths.

Outside booths, both under the shelter and in the open are 12.00 per day.  

Tables are 13.00 per day.   ***Limited amount are available.

New shelters are 20.00 per space or 35.00 per weekend (if paid for on Saturday)

5.Is the Flea Market smoke free?

Yes, the inside facilities are smoke free.

6.Is there food available?

Yes ---We have a great selection of food available.

7.Is the parking free?

Yes—all of the parking is free and no admission is charged.

9.Can we spend the night in our camper?

If you are a vendor at the flea market and are traveling you may come in your camper over night for 5.00 per night. We do not have hook ups of any kinds.

We do have portable johns outside.

10.Do I need business license?

Inside vendors must have a business license on file in the office.

11. What is the animal policy?

We do allow pets on a leash to be walked while shopping.  The owner of the pet must take responsibility for cleaning up after the pet, the pet must be up to date on all shots, and all liability of the pet will be that of the owner.  Milton Flea Market is not responsible for anything that happens to the pet, or damage or liability that the pet causes.  We do not allow any animal to be left in a car.  We do not allow any animals to be given away or sold at the Milton Flea Market.
